In our Effective Crisis Media Communication program you will learn how to deal with the Media during a Crisis which may involve an injury, fatality, chemical spill, or business crisis. We provide you with a Wallet card which gives you a “Guideline for preparing your Main Points,” and the “Six Key Reporter Questions” always asked in a Crisis interview.
